Good and convenient location, in the middle of jackson.

This great hotel worth its 3 stars, everything was perfect. It was an excellent and unbeatable location for us, right by restaurants and gas station as well as Panda super market next door. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Ziryab that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

I enjoyed the room, it was comfy and cozy. The hotel was situated in the central location in the middle of jackson.

The parking area is small and there have been incidents of cars getting scratched.

Great Experience During Easter Break

The hotel provided an enjoyable stay with two excellent features. Its central location made it easy to access the local shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. the hotel's nearby beach provided the opportunity for relaxing outdoor activities. the staff were generally friendly, and the room was well-equipped with all necessities that we required.

There were room amenities that needed improvement. the shower had a low water pressure making showering less than desirable.

The location was ideal for our romantic getaway, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We also appreciated the on-site spa and fitness center, which provided a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a great view from the balcony.

Our experience was soured by the rude and unhelpful staff, who seemed more interested in chatting with each other than assisting us. There were also some maintenance issues in the room, such as a leaky faucet and a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, which made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped.
